Plain English: If you call a business that uses Kaico Voice and give us your phone number, you're agreeing to get a confirmation text. You can reply STOP anytime to opt out. We're not the business you called — we're the AI service that picks up their phone. Details below.
Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of services provided by Kaico Voice, a service of Kaico LLC (Tulsa, Oklahoma), including our AI phone receptionist and related SMS notifications. By calling a business that uses Kaico Voice and interacting with our AI receptionist, you agree to these terms.
SMS program details
The following terms apply to all SMS messages you receive from Kaico Voice.

| STOP | Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future messages. You'll receive a single confirmation that you've been unsubscribed. |
How consent is obtained
Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained verbally during your phone call with our AI receptionist. When you provide your phone number for a booking, our receptionist tells you that you'll receive a confirmation text and that you may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Continuing the call and providing your phone number constitutes your consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us.
You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
We never send marketing messages, promotional offers, or third-party advertising through this program. SMS is used only to confirm and coordinate the booking you made.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
Limits and disclaimers
Kaico Voice is a software service that operates AI receptionists for participating businesses. We're the company answering the phone — but the booking, the service delivery, and the relationship with the underlying business (tinting your car, delivering your gravel, etc.) are between you and that business directly. Kaico Voice is not responsible for the goods or services provided by those businesses.
Our AI receptionist does its best to handle every call accurately, but it's software — occasional misunderstandings or transcription errors can occur. If anything about your booking is wrong, contact the business directly to correct it.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the home page.
