How you opt in
Consent is captured verbally during your phone call with our AI receptionist. There is no online form or web checkbox. The exact flow is:
- You call a business that uses Kaico Voice (for example, a window tint shop or a hauling company).
- Our AI receptionist answers and helps you book or get information.
- When you confirm a booking, the receptionist tells you that a confirmation text will be sent to the number you provided, and that you may reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- Continuing the call and confirming the booking after that disclosure constitutes your opt-in.

Perfect. I'll text a confirmation to 918-555-0123 in a minute. You can reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. You're all set for Tuesday.

How you opt out
- Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages from that program.
- Reply HELP for support information, or email trey@kaicovoice.com.
We never send marketing messages, promotional offers, or third-party advertising through this program. SMS is used only to confirm and coordinate the booking you made.
Privacy
Your phone number and any related booking information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
Changes to this program
If we materially change how the program works, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post a notice on the home page.
