How you opt in

Consent is captured verbally during your phone call with our AI receptionist. There is no online form or web checkbox. The exact flow is:

  1. You call a business that uses Kaico Voice (for example, a window tint shop or a hauling company).
  2. Our AI receptionist answers and helps you book or get information.
  3. When you confirm a booking, the receptionist tells you that a confirmation text will be sent to the number you provided, and that you may reply STOP at any time to opt out.
  4. Continuing the call and confirming the booking after that disclosure constitutes your opt-in.
